Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in, die uns in der Produktionsleitung und Prozesstechnik bei diversen Projekten für unser Werk in Wuppertal unterstützen kann.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Einführung der 6S Methoden im gesamten Werk
1. Projektschritte definieren und Entwicklung dokumentieren
2. Standards (Methoden, Farben, Equipment u.s.w.) definieren
Effizienzsteigerung (Material- und Arbeitseffizienz)
3. Analyse von Produktionszahlen
4. Defizite analysieren und Potential für Verbesserungen finden
5. Maßnahmen planen, Umsetzung begleiten und dokumentieren
Das bringen Sie mit:
6. Technisches Grundverständnis und ein Talent für Produktionsorganisation.
7. Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
8. Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.

Your responsibilities:
Support of Production Management and Process Engineering in projects
17. Implementation of 6S methods across the entire plant
18. Defining project steps and documenting development
Defining standards (methods, colors, equipment, etc.)
19. Efficiency improvement (material and labor efficiency)
20. Analysis of production figures
21. Analyzing deficits and identifying potential for improvements
22. Planning measures, supporting implementation, and documenting results
