Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group.

Your responsibilities:
* Managing projects at all stages of their lifecycle (i.e., project construction, estimation, planning, requirement gathering, and testing) and plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources
* Leading project teams (within a matrix organization)
* Continuously identifying and initiating improvements to existing processes, methods, and standards within the IT Security operating model
* Conducting risk assessments in project planning and execution, and defining and implementing appropriate remedial measures
* Collaborating in an international business context, including virtual teams and coordinating project tasks in relevant Fresenius business segments with internal and external stakeholders
* Effectively representing the organization to cross-functional stakeholders, business partners, and external groups
* Engage and manage vendors/partners as a part of the assigned projects and ensure effective operationalization
Your qualifications:
* Academic degree or equivalent experience and professional certifications
* At least five years of experience in project management roles
* Experience of working in a diverse multicultural environment
* Experience collaborating with technology teams, ideally within an IT or Information Security context
* Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
* Experienced use of MS Office 365 Suite
* Scrum Master, Prince2 or other project management and agile certifications are advantageous
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders and teams
* Fluent German and English skills (written and verbal)
