About the RoleUber Eats is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our expanding team in Northrine-Westphalia. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on:Strategic Account Growth: Manage (Inhalt entfernt) high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion.Maximizing Potential and prioritze: Proactively uncover and prioritize opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats.Risk Mitigation & Retention: Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.Partner Advocacy: Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.Account Planning: Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.What You'll NeedLanguages: Fluency in both German and English is required.Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management.Drivers license: Visit merchants onsite to build up a strong relationship. 90% of your merchants will be based in the Ruhrgebiet (Dortmund, Essen, Oberhausen usw.)Relationship Management: Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with key stakeholders.Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth.Drive: Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus).We offer32 vacation days per yearMonthly Uber voucher17% Uber discountQuarterly wellbeing voucher17 hours mental health sessions with licensed professionals20 working days "work from anywhere”
