Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of studyExperience in physical commodity trading, ideally on an international levelStrong closing orientation and perseverance in pursuing business opportunitiesHigh willingness to build and maintain business relationshipsAbility to manage different sourcing markets and mentalitiesSolution-oriented working style and strong motivation for personal developmentStrong team player with a willingness to take on responsibilityOpenness to an international working environment and enjoyment of collaborating in multicultural teamsVery good English and Mandarin, or Russian skills (at least C1 level), German is a plus
