This is a remote position. Role & responsibilities: A Product Manager (PM) is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and success of a product. Key responsibilities include: Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. Prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance) and executive stakeholders. Requirement Gathering & Prioritization - Collect and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Use frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW to prioritize backlog. Product Lifecycle Management - Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, iteration, and retirement. Market & Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and identify opportunities for differentiation. Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze product metrics, KPIs, and user behavior to make informed product decisions. Go-To-Market & Launch Management - Plan product launches, coordinate marketing campaigns, and support sales enablement. Customer & User Feedback - Gather user feedback, run usability tests, and iterate on features to improve customer experience. Team Leadership & Communication - Lead cross-functional teams, provide clarity on goals, and ensure alignment with product vision. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and innovation in product development. Preferred candidate profile: Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA or MS preferred for senior-level roles. Experience - 4 to 5 years in product management, product development, or closely related roles. Technical Skills - Agile/Scrum, roadmap planning, product analytics, SQL/Python for data insights, wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq). Business & Analytical Skills - Market research, competitive analysis, KPI tracking, go-to-market strategy, data-driven decision-making. Soft Skills - Leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, customer empathy, stakeholder management. Mindset & Attributes - Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to change, proactive, able to work remotely across time zones. Certifications (Optional but Preferred) - CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), Pragmatic Institute Certifications, AIPMM CPM, Agile certifications, data analytics certifications. Benefits
