Job Description
As a member of our SOC (Security Operations Center), you will provide your expertise to your customers to strengthen their operational security and improve their protection by monitoring their managed security services.
Your mission
1. Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects, ensuring that all aspects meet or exceed customer expectations.
2. Coordinate and manage all project phases from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
4. Support your customer base and ensure that they get the most out of the services offered by our mySOC platform.
5. Work alongside your customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies.
6. Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance: steering committee, technical committee, security committee, reports, service reviews, etc.
7. Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to the customer’s needs.
8. Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.
