Senior Project Manager - FI SAP Transformation (m/f/d)

We are looking for an exceptional and driven ExpertProject Manager to take the lead on one of our most strategic and high-impactinitiatives – the global transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.This is apivotal role in our transformation journey, offering the opportunity to shapeand deliver a business-critical program with global visibility. The idealcandidate will bring deep expertise in SAP implementation and projectmanagement, paired with a strong record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functionalprojects in international settings. Success in this role will requireoutstanding stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability toinfluence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-levelexecutives. The candidate should live in Germany, have an EU work permit andthe willingness to travel 4 days per month on average within Europe.

Howyou will create an impact:
* Project Management: Provide professional project management and coordinate the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.
* Proactive Risk Management: Continuously monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all project phases.
* Stakeholder Alignment & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and objectives through close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders exercising a strong and consistent stakeholder relation management.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide consistent and goal-oriented leadership to interdisciplinary project teams, fostering strong identification with aligned goals and collaboration between IT, FI, HR and business units.
* Workstream Integration: Align overlapping workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive solution-oriented collaboration that balances stakeholder interests and delivers agreed outcomes.
* Communication Management: Moderate on point discussions, ascertain closed communication loops by following through on discussions and conclusively addressing open points.
* Executive Reporting: Prepare and present high-impact reports and updates for top management, supporting strategic decision-making.
* Technical Oversight: Coordinate the development and quality assurance of technical concepts and system designs, including specifications and functional documentation.
* ProviderManagement: Collaborate closely with external service providers to ascertainthat defined deliverables are implemented according to plan.
Aboutyou:
* Project Experience: At least 6 years of proven success in managing and implementing international IT ERP projects, with a strong focus on S/4HANA cloud migration.
* Expertise in Project Controlling: Expert knowledge in time and resource planning, cost calculation, and benefits realization analysis.
* Professional Background; Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, proven professional project management experience or certification (ideally PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
* Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills paired with a strategic, conceptual mindset—capable of breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions and driving effective change management across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in operating at the interface between business and Corporate Functions including IT, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to different audiences.
* Work Ethic & Organization: Structured, independent, and reliable working style, complemented by flexibility and strong organizational talent.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Methodological Competence: Broad experience in formal project management, including planning, controlling, and monitoring using both classic and agile methodologies.
* Mobility:Willingness to travel 4 days per month on average and within Europe.
