Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical actuators following technical drawings and work instructions
Conduct functional and end-of-line testing using dedicated test equipment
Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line to our aerospace standards
Support process improvement initiatives within the production line

Must-Haves:
Education: Professional qualification and/or vocational training in relevant field
Hands-on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
Basic computer skills for recording production data and following work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy
Good English communication skills
Eligibility to work in Germany
Nice-to-Haves
Experience assembling mechanical components or actuators
Experience with wire or cable assembly
Experience performing inspections and functional testing
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other precision manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems
Technical vocational training, apprenticeship, or similar hands-on technical background
