Your tasks Define new AI product features as well as improve existing ones in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, prototyping, development and rollout Conduct user research via interviews and experiments to deeply understand user needs and validate hypotheses Collaborate closely with our ML engineering team to build features that solve real business problems and align with the company strategy Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption of new AI-powered capabilities Monitor feature performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly Stay on top of current trends in AI/LLMs and assess how they can create product opportunities Your Profile At least 2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Strong conceptual understanding of both traditional Machine Learning and LLMs Track record in developing or managing successful AI-driven products or features Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to improve product management workflows (e.g. prototyping, documentation) Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is advantageous Even better if you have Experience developing AI-powered products in heavily regulated industries (e.g. legaltech, proptech, fintech) Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications Our Benefits In addition to our committed support of our employees, our diverse, fun and inclusive workplace as wll as individual on-boarding program, we offer a variety of local benefits, relocation packages and learning opportunities.
