* Oversee and ensure the quality of all client-related sales activities across the customer lifecycle
* Support Sales Representatives during strategic customer interactions (discovery calls, pitches, negotiations)
* Co-develop and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition goals
* Analyse sales activities and prepare performance updates to support data-driven decision-making
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for mid-sized and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech
* Strong expertise in consultative sales methods, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
* Ability to guide and influence colleagues without direct leadership responsibilities
* Analytical and structured mindset with a test-and-learn approach to process optimization
* German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
