Role: Head of Production / Leiter der Produktion Location: Bavaria, Germany, On Site Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 benefits We are pleased to be working with a leading household name who are hiring at one of their key manufacturing locations in Germany. You would be joining a well established site with a strong team as they go on a journey to modernise and improve operations. We are looking for a fluent German speaker who is used to working in senior roles in production leadership, excited about change management and able to lead a workforce through periods of transition. Who will fit: Experienced Production manager or Head of production, some experience of maintenance would be useful Strong continuous improvement mind set Focus on Quality and Safety Fluent in German and English This is a fully site based role in a relatively rural location so will require someone to be based nearby- re-location is supported for the right candidate.
