Job Description
* Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
* Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters, working closely with local market teams
* Optimize both car transport and storage processes to boost performance metrics such as capacity, lead times, and cost-efficiency
* Collaborate with Product teams to translate operational needs into innovative tech solutions
* Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe
Qualifications
* At least two years of experience in a similar role
* Proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects in an international context
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data-driven insights
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to get buy-in and drive projects forward
* Experience in consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment
* Proficiency in English at the C1 level
