Tasks
The area of responsibility includes:
Sales of tourist services, including preparation of offers and price calculations
Copywriting and project coordination for online and offline advertisements and promotional materials
Support and liaison with cooperation partners and external service agencies
Hotel contracting and maintaining strong partner relationships
Optimization of the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and conversion rates
Digitalization of processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Creation of newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns
Analysis and reporting, including preparation of performance statistics
Participation in marketing and social media activities to strengthen brand presence
Contribution to complaint management and customer service support
Website maintenance and content management
Independent project work within sales and marketing initiatives
Representation at trade fairs and events
General sales and marketing activities to support daily operations
Requirements
To be expected:
University degree or graduation as a tourism or hotel specialist or similar qualification
Flexibility, openness, the ability to work in a team and service orientation
Strong communication skills and a confident, binding demeanor
Success-oriented, structured and independent work
Very good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Readiness to travel
Driving license
Advantageous: experience in sales, marketing (especially in the tourism industry) and in dealing with CMS and newsletter tools
