For our Project Team we are looking for a Event Project Manager (m/f/d). The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the centre of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich, or you can work flexibly from home.

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT
* As an organizational talent, you are independently planning and impementing national and international events (e.g. congresses) in different meeting formats
* In participant management as well as in contact with service poviders you demonstrate your strong people skills
* With several years of professional experience, you are a valuable consultant to clients and stakeholders
* You know exactly when and how to manage invitations, participants and registrations and always keep an eye on the project timeline
* During the entire project, you will keep an eye on the budget, prepare and analyze reports as part of project controlling and also take over the project closure
* You travel to our (inter-)national events and provide competent on-site support to our clients as well as participants
THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART
* University degree or apprenticeship in event management, project management, hospitality or similar careers
* Several years of relevant experience in organizing corporate meetings and events, particularly congresses and conferences
* Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with event management tools (e.g., Cvent) is a plus
* Initial knowledge of event compliance or healthcare/pharmaceutical events is an advantage
* Knowledge of current trends in the event industry
* Business fluent in English (written and spoken); further language skills would be a plus
* Willingness to travel (inter-)nationally
