About This Role
This is a senior management position in the audit department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading internal audits, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
The job involves examining and assessing risk management systems and internal controls to ensure they are appropriate and effective. It also requires preparing comprehensive business audit plans and conducting regular audits of various activities and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of auditing principles, laws, and regulations, as well as experience in risk management and control. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional responsibilities include supervising junior team members, preparing reports, and communicating results to operational units. The role also requires monitoring the implementation of recommendations and providing advice on risk management.

Requirements
* Strong knowledge of auditing principles, laws, and regulations.
* Experience in risk management and control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High degree of process understanding.
* Profound knowledge in areas of online banking and retail products.
* Very good insight into banking laws and requirements.
* Fluency in English (C1) and proficiency in German (B2).
