Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in a senior role. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our projects and ensuring alignment with all relevant interfaces and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial areas, including Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, Controlling, and Software business models. They will also have expertise in project management tools and frameworks, such as waterfall and agile/Scrum.
In this role, you will lead and steer financial project management, develop business plans, and ensure end-to-end planning and controlling of projects. You will also act as a sparring partner and co-pilot for project managers, aligning them on financial project status and proactively challenging project methods to increase quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of financial areas, including Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, Controlling, and Software business models.
* Strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet, focus on project-relevant line items, e.g., receivables, inventories, liabilities.
* Track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, including contractual or customer complexity.
* Excellent knowledge of (inter)national contract law and ability to identify, analyze risks, solve contractual issues, and negotiate complex contracts.
* Very good understanding of technical aspects of the project and link between project and overarching targets.
