Role: Account Manager (Core Banking)
Location: Frankfurt
Salary: Up to €125,000 base DOE

About the Role
As an Account Manager based in Frankfurt, you will be at the forefront of the firm's sales organization, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding their footprint within existing accounts. You will own a defined territory and set of accounts, targeting prospective clients for new business as well as identifying account expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting within Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
Own end-to-end sales origination and collaborate with internal stakeholders to progress opportunities.
Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business and organizational challenges, and effectively articulate the firm's value proposition.
Maintain accurate CRM records by logging all sales activities daily and preparing dashboards for sales reviews.
Work closely with Marketing to qualify and follow up on inbound leads.
Actively engage with the partner ecosystem to develop and drive partner-led opportunities.

What We're Looking For
6–8 years of experience selling enterprise software to Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks or related industries (experience in core banking, cards, or digital lending is a strong plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships within industry-specific environments.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
