* Customer Research: Uncover what really drives decision‑making for our users. Run interviews, analyze workflows, and study usage data to ensure our analytics tools solve real problems and deliver real value.
* Data-Driven Experience Design: Work closely with engineering, UX, and data science to create intuitive dashboards, benchmarks, automated reports, and smart visualizations that make insights clear and actionable.
* AI-Augmented Insights: Explore how AI, ML, and LLMs can support users with predictive analytics, automated summaries, and anomaly detection—focusing on simplicity and impact over complexity.
