We are looking for a HR Business Partner (x|f|m) for the Product Management & Product Developement department in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen, with the opportunity to work some days remotely. In this role, will be responsible for implementing defined initiatives, initiate local action based on global guidelines and policies. The goal is to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines and that Line Managers live up to their leadership role (i.e. performance mgmt., talent mgmt., workforce planning).
