Product Manager Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading product development from initial concept through to mass production, managing product lifecycles, and coordinating product launches. The ideal candidate will have relevant professional experience in product management, preferably within the construction industry. A good command of English is essential, and proficiency in MS Office is also required. Willingness to travel as required by business is a must.
* Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market
* Oversee the full product development lifecycle-from initial concept through to mass production
* Manage the complete lifecycle of products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance
* Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies
* Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and monitoring of local market price positioning
* Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions
* Deliver product training and technical support to distributors and international sales teams
* Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements
* Relevant professional experience in product management ideally within the construction industry
* Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Willingness to travel as required by business (approximately 15% of the time)
