Project Manager HW R&D (m/f/d)
Your ResponsibilitiesLead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.Work closely with the project teams, support e.g., Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Identify and mitigate risks to project success.Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.Travel might be necessary according to project needs.
Your QualificationsBachelor's or Masters's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.Systems Engineering skills (etc. Strong leadership and team management skills.Supplier management experience.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,...).Language German and English,
