A well-known Japanese chemical company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to work in the Flexo Printing Department.
You will manage the communication with new and existing clients across Europe. The Technical Sales Manager will also be responsible for liaising with sales partnership agencies in Europe and Head Office in Japan, consulting on technical matters on Flexo Printing technology as well as developing sales and marketing strategies.
This role offers the flexibility to work from home but you need to visit clients site in all over Europe frequently (3-4 times par month).

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM
SALARY: up to €100K (dependant on experience)

Technical Sales Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Managing client relationships in particularly with technical requests on Flexo Printing
• Providing technical product information and promoting the products to clients
• Support clients on testing Flexo Printing plates
• Building and maintaining long term relationship with clients and sales partnership agencies
• Develop and conduct marketing and promotion strategy on Flexo Printing
• Research macro and micro market, regulation, application and customer information
• Proactively developing new clients in all over Europe
• Identifying business opportunities, initializing contacts with new clients
• Dailly communication on sales and technical matters with a Head Office in Japan
• Reporting effectively to management verbally and in writing
• Attend and coordinate business trip with colleagues from head office
Assistant Sales Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Experience of working with Flexo Printing is highly recommended
• Experience of working in printing industry with understanding of Flexo Printing is acceptable
• Experience in communicating with clients on technical matters
• Business level of fluency in English
• Understanding of Japanese business culture or Japanese language is advantageous
