Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist.
* Coordinate daily administrative tasks for various client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
* Develop and maintain the client information database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with bank account openings, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, and filings with regulatory bodies.
* Support LEI code registration and renewal processes.
* Organize client documentation and ensure proper archiving of original documents.
* Maintain compliance files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Prepare payment instructions and liaise with banking partners.
* Collaborate with the corporate team to manage day-to-day operations and assist with AML/KYC processes.
Requirements
* Degree in Secretarial Studies or Law.
* 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Fluent English language skills; additional languages an advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ease in communication.
* Proactive and initiative-driven approach.
* High level of autonomy.
* Organized and methodical approach.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of Docusign.
