Together, the Klintberg & Way companies hold a distinctive position at the intersection of international imports and technical value creation, making them an important player in the European automotive landscape.
To support further growth, KW is now establishing its first dedicated
HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
role, covering the operations in Germany, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Build and implement advanced HR processes across
three German sites, one Belgian site (Flanders) and one Swiss site (Ticino Kanton)
.
* Establish and manage payroll processes for 200+ employees across three countries, using local input and standardized procedures.
* Drive recruitment for both blue-collar (local workforce, shop-floor, technical) and white-collar (management, commercial) roles.
* Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees, including first-level support in employment disputes and labor law matters.
* Align local HR practice with group-wide policies and ensure compliance with local labor law.
Requirements
* Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist. Most importantly: a track record of introducing or implementing new initiatives (e.g. processes, structures, policies) – this may also come from a Deputy or Specialist role.
* Demonstrade ability in both recruitment and payroll.
* Experience in supporting multiple sites, ideally in Germany, Austria, Belgium or Switzerland.
* Fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
* Hands-on HR style suited to small-to-medium organizations.
* Willingness to travel regularly between Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.
