We are seeking a proficient Product/Project Manager to assist us in guiding our product development initiatives. Our Agile team, based in various locations with headquarters in Bonn, Germany, handles the full software development lifecycle; from initiation to implementation and operation of physical access control software operating multiple electronic locks across different radio protocols and RFID identification media.
Develop, maintain, and execute project goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
Propose innovations and improvements within both the project and company level.
Communicate project progress, strategies, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, QA and sales, to deliver successful projects.
Identify potential risks and issues within the project and propose mitigation strategies.
2-6 years of experience in IT project management and coordinating Agile teams.
~ Experience in PDL and delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
~ Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines.
~ Advanced Business English language knowledge.
~ Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban).
~ Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
~ Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Product and Project management portfolios
~ German language skills.
