Client Account Management Role
* Act as the primary point of contact for Transfer Agency clients.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong, high-quality relationships internally and with clients.
* Participate in preparing and attending client and internal meetings.
* Educate team members on best practices for delivering exceptional service and promptly escalate any matters to management when necessary.
* Lead the Transfer Agency aspects for all client projects.
