Your day starts with a strategic consultation with senior leaders (f/m/d) across Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies Switchgear Execution Units, investigating into business priorities and translating them into actionable HR strategies. You orchestrate leadership and organizational development initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment with the company’s vision. This role operates independently in a senior leadership capacity, offering high visibility without direct reports.
Throughout the day, you handle global HR projects, ranging from talent development programs to succession planning and compensation strategy, collaborating with regional HR teams and centers of excellence. You facilitate workshops to introduce innovative HR solutions and coach leaders (f/m/d) to inspire change and enhance their leadership impact. By the day’s end, you engage in cross-functional discussions with global HR colleagues (f/m/d) to share standard methodologies, ensuring consistency and innovation across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Act as a trusted advisor (f/m/d) to the Grid Technologies Switchgear Execution Unit, collaborating with leaders (f/m/d) and employees (f/m/d) to co-create people solutions that directly support Grid Technologies’ business priorities.
5. Lead change management efforts to align leadership, culture, and organizational structure with the company’s strategic goals.
6. Create and implement HR policies, programs, and frameworks that foster excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
7. Build and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
8. Handle complex, global HR projects, such as ramp-ups, talent management programs, succession planning, and performance management.
What You Bring
9. A dynamic and independent leadership style, comfortable with supporting sizeable and executive organisations
10. A master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, HR, organizational psychology, or a related field, combined with over 10 years of international HR experience.
11. Ability to lead large-scale, interdisciplinary global HR projects with measurable impact.
12. Strong skills in IT tools, platforms, and data analytics to drive automation and deliver effective HR solutions.
13. Fluency in English and exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and coaching abilities. Additional German language skills preferred.
14. A passion for teamwork, a global perspective, and strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
