Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Power Solutions We are looking for a strategic sales professional with the ability to lead and inspire delivery of cutting‑edge power generation and cogeneration solutions for industrial sectors. We drive commercial intensity for industrial power solutions featuring steam turbines and axial expanders in the 10‑200MW range, serving refining, steel, pulp & paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and other process industries. We’re also progressing rapidly into SMR, data facilities, education and hospitality. Responsibilities Drive growth in the industrial steam turbine generator market by leveraging strong understanding of applications and quickly adopting technical knowledge to deliver successful project sales. Lead complex capital equipment sales processes, ensuring effective qualification of new inquiries and mapping client decision‑making structures, economic drivers, funding processes, and project timelines. Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across diverse cultures, uncovering needs through consultative dialogue and open questioning to create tailored solutions. Work autonomously to expand the client base, build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales booking targets. Provide technical expertise on steam turbine generator sets, including BOM integration and thermodynamic performance, to support client discussions and influence decision‑making. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client support strategies and develop competitive technical and commercial proposals. Represent the company – up to 50 % travel – ensuring strong engagement with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and end users. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline. Or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar function. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong understanding and demonstrated ability in value selling. Knowledge of steam turbines, gas compressors, and/or gas turbines. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
