We are seeking a visionary Founding CTO/CPTO for a hybrid role based in Berlin. If you are passionate about deep tech, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience building transactional platforms, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead customer discovery and validation to refine the value proposition for our three main target groups: Deep Tech founders, investors, and corporate partners.
* Co-develop the product vision to establish Europe's leading deep technology database and the most effective matchmaking platform.
* Establish the technological foundation of a transactional platform, including data infrastructure.
* Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
* Recruit and lead an in-house, top-tier engineering team.
* Manage the company's data, including storage, analysis, privacy, and security.
Requirements and Skills
* Experience in building transactional platforms.
* Passion and experience in product management.
* Exposure to building and scaling communities is a plus.
* Hands-on coding experience with a minimum of 3 years in relevant roles.
* Proven experience as a technical leader in fast-paced environments.
* Interest in Deep Tech verticals such as AI, BioTech, Space, Resilience, Clean Energy, Computing, Materials, Mobility, Robotics, and more.
* Willing to relocate to Berlin or travel regularly for team meet-ups.
