In your role as the Project Lead for Customer Training (f/m/d), you will serve as the primary point of contact for project training execution, ensuring alignment between technical and contractual requirements and educational outcomes. Your responsibilities include the creation and implementation of a diverse range of training programs for our Siemens Energy projects. You will play a crucial role within the Gas Services Solution team, managing training scopes for complex projects that span various business areas.
From the initial Tender Phase to the final Training Delivery, you will act as the liaison between bid management, project managers, global clients, and training partners. Within the projects you will function as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate closely with a wide array of individuals involved.
You will provide competitive, project specific cost estimates for training packages, adhering to customer requirements and sales directives, ensuring our bids are both winning and executable.
During project execution, you will translate technical complexity into actionable learning packages. You will design tailored training content and schedules in close collaboration with customers, internal and external project partners, and external specialists.
Strategically oversee the coordination of comprehensive training packages, optimizing resources and workflows to meet project milestones within defined financial parameters
Act as the central point of contact for training communication, navigating in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments to align the expectations of clients and project teams.
Business-level fluency in German and English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued as you will be engaging with a global footprint.
Solid negotiation skills with the ability to balance project goals with customer satisfaction.
