Our Client, a global leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Tasks Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and organizational transformation Ensure compliance with German labor law and regulatory requirements, offering expert advice on employment-related matters Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary actions, contract changes, and terminations, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams Foster a constructive relationship with the works council, actively participating in negotiations, consultations, and hearings in accordance with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and change management processes Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with local legislation and global HR standards Drive the execution of core HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent development initiatives Leverage HR data and key metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational effectiveness Coach and advise leaders on people management, team dynamics, and leadership development Collaborate closely with HR specialist teams, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development, to deliver integrated HR solutions Profile University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role, ideally in a matrix or international environment In-depth knowledge of German labor law and proven experience in working with a works council (Betriebsrat) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) - both written and spoken Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus Please contact me on or please call me on 49 30 726211428 for further information.
