o Develop and implement a global procurement strategy for the categories of fleet management and e-mobility
o Build and maintain strong working relationships with key global and regional stakeholders
o Standardize vehicle categories, supplier structures, leasing models, and charging infrastructure worldwide
o Negotiate global framework agreements in close coordination with Regional Category Managers (RCMs) and support local and regional teams in contract negotiations when needed
o Conduct professional global tenders (RFx), including offer evaluation, assessment, and negotiation
o Identify and realize global synergy potentials to optimize costs and efficiency
o Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, including supplier management and performance tracking (KPIs, SLAs)
o Develop global car policies (e.g., CO₂ limits, EV quotas, use of telematics) and optimize relevant processes across the entire vehicle lifecycle
o Promote e-mobility within the company and support the implementation of our sustainability goals (e.g., reduction of fleet emissions)
o Act as an escalation point for quality issues and drive global synergies, standardization, harmonization, and transparency in collaboration with regions and markets
An experience that matters: your skills

o Completed studies in a commercial or technical field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
o At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in strategic procurement with a focus on fleet management, automotive, or e-mobility
o In-depth knowledge of fleet strategies, vehicle standards, leasing models, and sustainable mobility solutions
o Passion for innovative mobility concepts and transformation
o Proven success in conducting global tenders and negotiations in an international environment
o Experience in stakeholder management and working with international teams
o Strong communication skills and excellent networking abilities
o Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
o Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, strategic insight, and assertiveness
o Experience in leading or supporting employees is an advantage
