Stellenbeschreibung
* Main point of contact for suppliers, managing operational activities and contract-related topics while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders
* Responsibility for supplier performance, including compliance with required certifications and approvals
* Consolidation of forecasts, assessment of supplier capacity and capabilities, and ensuring readiness to meet demand
* Support of new product introduction, assessment of industrial risks, and implementation of mitigation and short-term recovery plans
* Initiation and management of performance improvement initiatives, contribution to supplier evaluation, and coordination of long-term supplier development with internal teams
Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain quality, supply chain logistics or aerospace
* Professional experience in the field of supplier management, quality management, supply chain, change management, lean management and problem solving methods
* Good knowledge of using SAP, MS Office and Google Workspace
* Fluent in English and German
* Willingness to travel (1-2x per quarter)
