We're the IT team in Stolberg: currently five people, mostly young, incredibly nice (or so everyone else says), and absolutely crisis-proof. Your mission with us
Your daily routine? There isn't really one. That's precisely the challenge, but also the absolute appeal of this position. You're involved in various projects and topics simultaneously. Boredom? Not a chance.
6. Infrastructure Manager: You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of our production site (servers, networks, clients and everything in between).
7. Project juggler: Whether it's cloud migration, OT security in production, or the introduction of new tools – you're right in the thick of things from conception to go-live, not just a bystander.
8. Firefighter & Architect: You solve acute problems in daily business, but at the same time have an eye for sustainable optimizations and the IT landscape of tomorrow.
9. Interface expert: You are the valued contact person for colleagues from production and translate "tech talk" into understandable German.

What you can do and who you are are more important to us than a flawless, top-notch resume. If you have the following qualifications, we're a perfect match:
10. The foundation: Training as an IT specialist for system integration, an IT degree or simply years of sound practical experience as an admin/all-rounder.
11. The tech stack: You feel comfortable in the Windows/Linux environment, virtualization (e.g. VMware) is not a foreign word to you, and you can't crash networks (routing, switching, firewall).
12. Your mentality: You have a quick grasp of things and a desire to delve into new topics. When a problem arises, you look for the solution, not for someone to blame.
13. The mindset: You are a true team player with a healthy dose of humor who keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.
