Your tasks
10. As a TOM (Technical Object Manager), you will be responsible for the following trades, among others: water supply (industrial water, municipal water, demineralized water, waste water, etc.), small refrigeration systems, partly compressed air, etc. and will be part of the Supply Technology team in Object Management.
11. You will ensure the implementation of regulatory requirements and measures for the legally compliant and safe operation of technical systems. You will derive and validate implementation measures from strategic specifications and take into account current amendments (laws, legal requirements) and innovation approaches.
12. You will be responsible for short, medium and long-term planning and for the operational implementation of measures in the area of the assigned trades in terms of costs, quality and implementation deadlines. To this end, you will commission both planning offices and the contractors required for implementation.
13. Optimizing and improving the functionality or efficiency of the systems of the trades for which you are responsible is just as much a matter of course as coordinating with process partners in both the controlling areas and the users in production.
Your profile
14. Successfully completed studies in the field of energy, building or supply engineering facility management TGA comparable study program
15. Professional experience in the automotive sector building operation or similar fields of activity
16. Confident handling of relevant Microsoft Office tools
17. SAP CAD knowledge is desirable
18. A structured and independent way of working and a high level of personal responsibility
19. High team orientation and practical problem-solving skills
20. Very good knowledge of German and driving license class
