You will become part of our commercial project team responsible for executing international railway infrastructure projects. A particular focus lies on our projects in Algeria, which we deliver in close collaboration with our local joint venture. As a Senior Commercial Project Manager, you take over the commercial project execution as well as the program leadership for our project portfolio in Algeria. You ensure high quality, ontime, and budget compliant execution of your projects. Your focus is particularly on planning and controlling costs and key performance indicators. You also conduct proactive opportunity and risk management; contract and claim management form an essential part of your responsibilities. Through effective partner and stakeholder management (e.g. customers and factories), you make a significant contribution to achieving the respective project goals. You maintain regular communication with the local management, coach local project managers, and actively contribute to improving local processes. In NCM projects, you take on the role of World Project Controller. You report regularly to the segment management, the BU management, and the Management Board. Additionally, the role offers you the opportunity to take on parts of the technical project management as well. What do you bring along? You have a degree in economics or a related field. You also bring many years of experience in commercial project management in the plant business. You stand out with strong knowledge in export, customs, and tax related matters, as well as in finance and permanent establishments. In addition, you are familiar with financial reporting according to IFRS and HGB and have already gained experience in contract management. A certification as (Commercial) Project Manager is required. You speak fluent English and French, and ideally German. You are willing to travel (approx. 10–15%). What do we offer you?
