What do you contribute?
* You will become part of our commercial project team responsible for executing international railway infrastructure projects.
* A particular focus lies on our projects in Algeria, which we deliver in close collaboration with our local joint venture.
* As a Senior Commercial Project Manager, you take over the commercial project execution as well as the program leadership for our project portfolio in Algeria.
* You ensure high quality, ontime, and budget compliant execution of your projects. Your focus is particularly on planning and controlling costs and key performance indicators.
* You also conduct proactive opportunity and risk management; contract and claim management form an essential part of your responsibilities.
* Through effective partner and stakeholder management (e.g. customers and factories), you make a significant contribution to achieving the respective project goals.
* You maintain regular communication with the local management, coach local project managers, and actively contribute to improving local processes.
* In NCM projects, you take on the role of World Project Controller.
* You report regularly to the segment management, the BU management, and the Management Board.
* Additionally, the role offers you the opportunity to take on parts of the technical project management as well.
What do you bring along?
* You have a degree in economics or a related field.
* You also bring many years of experience in commercial project management in the plant business.
* You stand out with strong knowledge in export, customs, and tax related matters, as well as in finance and permanent establishments.
* In addition, you are familiar with financial reporting according to IFRS and HGB and have already gained experience in contract management.
* A certification as (Commercial) Project Manager is required.
* You speak fluent English and French, and ideally German.
* You are willing to travel (approx. 10–15%).

With us, you will have the opportunity to work hybrid. This means that you can work remotely to a considerable extent. We have officially regulated this through a company agreement.
