We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the regions Benelux, Switzerland and Austria based onsite in Radolfzell, Germany or remotely in Germany or the Netherlands. This position is essentially responsible for regional sales development activities, achieving regional booking quota, managing all sales channels within the assigned territories for General Industry, Power & Energy and Oil & Gas markets (including OEM’s, Contractors, end users and distributors) and development, management, and ownership of their opportunity sales funnel. Sales development in this sense means, working with the existing CIRCOR sales channels in order to assess the capabilities of the representatives and agents in the territory, establishing new customers (both direct and indirect), acquiring market share from competitors, establishing sales and product training requirements necessary to bring the CIRCOR product portfolio to market, development of a regional marketing and sales strategy, and to be the regional liaison and promoter for CIRCOR within their territory. Your responsibilities, but not limited to: Develop, manage, and have accountability for the opportunity pipeline for the territory to achieve sales quota Provide sales forecasts and performance reports, including gap analysis and corrective actions Develop and implement channel sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to regional market dynamics to drive bookings and revenue Support partners with commercial and technical consulting on product selection, system integration, application engineering, operation, and ensuring technical competence and alignment with brand standards Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business Units, Inside Sales) to manage proposals, tenders, and customer communications, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and generate new leads Your qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering discipline) with special focus/experience on fluid handling process equipment / rotating equipment/pumps/compressors or turbomachinery related industry Minimum 5 years of experience in a Channel Sales and/or Key Account Manager role within the industry, preferably employed directly by globally represented manufacturers of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors and related fluid systems) Prior experience in proposal management and application engineering would be an advantage in addition to above sales experience Proficiency in German and English Willing to travel frequently through the assigned countries On a personal level you possess very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to perform technical presentations to experienced engineers.
