Job Description About your tasks: Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the search domain, aligned with company objectives and customer needs. Translate strategic goals into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery. Write and maintain clear, outcome-oriented product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for search-related initiatives. Continuously prioritize and refine the backlog based on business impact, user feedback, experimentation results, and technical constraints. Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for search relevance, discovery, conversion, and customer satisfaction, ensuring decisions are data informed. Lead product discovery activities such as hypothesis definition, experiment planning, A/B testing, and evaluation of search improvements. Act as the primary product contact for the search domain, aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, ML, AI, and UX. Balance short-term improvements and long-term investments in search and information retrieval capabilities. Support agile ceremonies and delivery by clarifying priorities, removing ambiguity, and ensuring alignment within the team.
