Pramac, historical European producer of material handling equipment is looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Manager to manage our Material Handling Equipment Division in the Stuttgart branch.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of three sales representatives, each responsible for specific geographical areas, while ensuring continued growth and market penetration in the traditional business of pedestrian driven pallet trucks. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting our exciting new business line, Mobile Robotics, by leveraging new channels such as system integrators in the intralogistics capital equipment sector.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow market presence in pedestrian driven pallet trucks, a historical core business.
* Promote and expand the new Mobile Robotics business line, targeting system integrators as key sales channels.
* Drive business development efforts, ensuring sales strategies align with market trends and customer needs.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activities, and market conditions.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and communication strategies.
* Foster a collaborative, results driven team culture within the sales department.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the material handling equipment industry, with a deep understanding of product offerings such as pallet trucks, forklifts, and other intralogistics solutions.
* Strong sales leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales team.
* Experience in promoting new products, ideally in Mobile Robotics or related technologies, is a plus.
* Excellent understanding of sales channels, particularly system integrators in the intralogistics and capital equipment markets.
* Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and market growth within the material handling industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English.

* Knowledge of mobile robotics products and the sales channels associated with them.
