With expertise in Media Scenography & Immersive Environments
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex and high-profile projects in media scenography, exhibition design, immersive experiences, spatial and interactive media production and branded environments. From the initial pitch to final delivery, you will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and interdisciplinary teams. As the main client liaison, you will ensure creative visions are transformed into innovative experiences.
At TMS (Tamschick Media+Space) you will help re-definine immersive experiences and push the boundaries of storytelling in space.
TMS is an interdisciplinary studio for media-enhanced scenography. We design and create media-driven, multi-sensory exhibitions, interactive environments and immersive spaces that tell meaningful stories, reveal histories and open hearts. Our clients are based all over the world and include museums, cultural institutions and brands. Together with our partners in exhibition planning and architecture we create narrative experiences, using technology, light, film, animation, sound and building design.
Tasks
Take full ownership of project budgets and administration, ensuring financial accuracy and transparent reporting.
Plan, schedule, and oversee contracts, timelines, and resources to guarantee smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
Research, select, and contract specialized freelancers and subcontractors from the creative, technical, and exhibition industries.
Organize and manage interdisciplinary teams (art directors, scenographers, architects, sound & light designers, digital media artists, AV specialists, builders, etc.).
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders, including external partners.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Technology when required.
Act as the primary client contact - manage expectations, document approvals, and maintain strong relationships.
Manage production partners across diverse fields - scenography, architecture, hardware integration, exhibition construction, sound design, lighting, and multimedia production.
Requirements
5+ years of professional project management experience in media scenography, exhibition design, spatial and interactive media production, architecture/interior design or comparable industries.
Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership within creative and technical production environments.
Proficiency in production workflows, project management tools, and familiarity with immersive media technologies and AV systems.
Strong ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and adapt strategies to evolving market and project dynamics.
Excellent communication skills to translate creative and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams, including designers, artists, engineers, and fabricators.
Team player with a growth mindset and motivating communication ability.
English fluency required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
