You'll support refining its value proposition and ensuring seamless operational implementationCRM Project Leadership: Drive complex loyalty projects from kick-off to completion, including project controlling and stakeholder managementData Analysis & Insights: Support the development of member insights by analyzing customer engagement, feedback, and campaign performance data.
