About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage Projects : Take full ownership of BESS projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion. You will oversee all phases, from detailed design and planning to construction and final implementation.
* Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and project expenses while ensuring adherence to financial goals and project timelines.
* Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
* Contract and Compliance Management : Oversee contracts with subcontractors, ensuring that all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements are met.
* On-site Leadership : Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all quality and safety standards are maintained.
* Reporting and Risk Management : Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Business Growth : Support the ongoing development and expansion of the BESS sector within the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
* Educational Background : A degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a similar field.
* Relevant Experience : A strong background in project management within the renewable energy industry, particularly in BESS or large-scale energy storage projects.
* Negotiation and Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders, from subcontractors to senior management.
* Language Proficiency : Fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
* Self-Motivated : You should be proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using MS Office and other project management tools.
* Driver’s License : A valid Class B driving license is required for site visits.
