Bruker's leadership in Magnetic Resonance Mass Spectrometry (MRMS) is driven by cutting-edge technology and highly skilled scientists and engineers. We seek a candidate with deep expertise in MRMS to lead a specialized team across the entire value chain—from production to service. The role involves hands-on oversight of design, tooling, manufacturing, quality control, supplier management, testing, installation, and service. Troubleshooting and continuous improvement are integral, supported by a team of senior MRMS engineers, scientists, and engineers.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
* Serve as the subject matter expert and Head of Production for all MRMS manufacturing issues.
* Deep understanding and active engagement with MRMS technology and processes.
* Develop and maintain coherent tooling designs ensuring high quality, seamless production, and low service requirements.
* Lead continuous improvements in MRMS-related processes.
* Motivate and engage proactively with MRMS process and production challenges.
* Manage daily serial production with identical components, ensuring technical, physical, and chemical feasibility.
* Collaborate with procurement to manage global suppliers, ensuring high-quality materials.
* Perform troubleshooting during daily operations, providing hands-on support in production and service.
* Participate in new development projects.
* Assist with product master data issues within the department.
* Contribute to global service training preparation and delivery.
* Focus more on shop floor hands-on activities, less on administrative tasks.
* Make autonomous decisions on daily production issues.
* Demonstrate strong professional and team collaboration skills.
* Administer MRMS training programs, including initial operation, testing, and debugging.
Qualifikationen
* Master's or PhD in physics or related engineering fields, with practical hands-on experience.
* Proven experience in shop floor production management, preferably in analytical or MRMS industries.
* Self-reliant, proactive, and capable of self-management.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Experience leading diverse teams is advantageous.
* Ability to provide experienced leadership and guidance.
* Fluent in German and English, with good communication skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
* Basic project management skills are desirable.
* Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a highly self-driven attitude.
