Ihre Aufgaben:
* Take overall ownership of the in-vehicle digital assistant (conversational interfaces and proactive assistance) for the global markets outside of China across Geely’s brands
* Act as functional owner for end-to-end speech functionality, ensuring requirements consistency across smart cockpit platforms and cloud services
* Define the product vision, functional scope, and roadmap for the digital assistant, aligning with brand UX and feature strategy
* Monitor competitor benchmarks, user feedback, and emerging AI and speech technology trends to guide future enhancements
* Prioritize development items and work closely with software development, UX/UI, and speech technology teams to deliver incremental releases and ensure an outstanding customer experience
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners globally to ensure the integration of the digital assistant solution as part of the overall smart cockpit platform
* Support integration and validation activities, including definition of acceptance criteria, KPIs, and usability test plans
* Define the test and validation strategy and plan. Lead the creation of test methods and standards
* Issue management, in-depth technical root cause investigations and drive issue resolution internally and with external partners
* Ensure that launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfilling customer expectations
* Represent the product in internal alignment rounds, partner discussions, and vehicle program milestones
* Ensure compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and market specific regulations for voice data and digital assistants (e.g., GDPR, UNECE R155/R156)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related technical field
* Solid working experience in the infotainment/smart cockpit domain, preferably at an automotive OEM or Tier 1
* Proven experience as product owner, function owner, or feature responsible in infotainment, digital UX, or connected services
* Solid understanding of speech recognition, NLP/NLU frameworks, and embedded system integration
* Experience with automotive voice platforms (e.g., Cerence, Alexa Auto SDK, Google Automotive Services, or OEM proprietary assistants)
* Background in agile development and ability to convert user and business needs into technical specifications
* Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management in an international environment
* Pro-active and self-organised
* Willingness to travel occasionally to visit suppliers/partners and other Geely facilities globally
* Fluent in English; knowledge of German or another major automotive market language is an advantage
* Driving license
