The Sales Manager for Boats & Davits is responsible for driving sales activities and achieving business growth within the EUROPE region. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. The Sales Manager works closely with the Sales Director to align regional efforts with global strategies, fostering a high-performing sales team and ensuring client satisfaction across the region.

Your tasks
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives, market demands, and competitive trends, ensuring continuous refinement based on customer feedback and industry conditions.
Drive day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and customer interactions, while reporting performance and progress to the Sales Director.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business success, while expanding the client base and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Channel Development and Application Engineering to deliver standard, configured, and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
Analyze market needs and competitor activities, staying up to date with industry trends to optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in the maritime or related industries.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
Business fluent in English with strong negotiation skills in an international business environment.
Extensive knowledge of the relevant industry and internal and competitive product ranges.
