To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Human Resources department an HR Business Partner (M/F/D) Serving as HR Business Partner for a designated business area by aligning people strategies with organizational goals to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee engagement Providing guidance across the entire employee lifecycle including workforce and succession planning, talent acquisition, performance development and organizational restructurings Advising management on all aspects of labor law, ensuring compliance and minimizing potential risks Supporting change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborating closely with the works council to ensure constructive and transparent communication Contributing to future-oriented HR projects in the area of responsibility while working in close partnership with the broader HR team You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field You bring at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an international environment and through close collaboration with senior stakeholders You have a good understanding of HR practices, employment law and organizational development You are eager to learn in a new environment, embracing our company culture and gaining a deep understanding of our business operations You are skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and are confident in working with works councils You demonstrate strong intercultural competence and thrive in diverse, international settings You possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of English and German You are proficient in presenting and reporting with solid skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel For questions and details please do not hesitate to contact Ms. Herrmann.
