Responsibilities:
1. Management and organization of the production and filling of chemical products
2. Management and development of the production team
3. Ensuring delivery capability
4. Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection
5. Planning and optimization of production processes
6. Establishment and support of contract manufacturing processes, including customer contact
7. Documentation and continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
8. Completed technical training (e.g. chemical egineer, technician, technical specialist) or comparable qualification
9. Several years of experience in production, ideally in the chemical industry
10. Leadership experience and confident manner
11. Knowledge of quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection
12. Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
13. Fluent German and English
