Mammoet Industrial Solutions simplifies complex and large-scale industrial installation projects by combining engineering, planning, heavy lifting & transport, and installation services into one integrated approach.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Industrial Solutions to expand our footprint across Germany and selected Nordic markets by developing early-stage opportunities and converting them into executable, safe and efficient installation scopes.
You will build executive-level relationships and position Mammoet as the single point of contact for wider installation scopes - helping clients deliver projects on time, safely, and within budget.

1. Drive growth by defining and executing a proactive market strategy for Industrial Solutions in Germany and selected Nordics.
2. Build and manage a strong pipeline from early engagement through contract signature (forecasting, must have plans, prioritization).
3. Identify and develop opportunities in high-tech and process industries, energy transition, chemical/petrochemical, green chemistry, pharma, paper & packaging, and food & beverage.
4. Sell integrated “factory-to-foundation” and wider installation scopes, bundling installation with heavy lifting, transport, and site logistics.
5. Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering/operations/contract) and, where needed, third-party services to present one coherent offer to the client.
6. Support tenders, clarifications, and negotiations, ensuring commercial discipline and risk alignment.
7. Strengthen key-account relationships with asset owners, EPC/EPCM, and main contractors; position Mammoet as a trusted installation partner.

8. Experience in technical sales / business development within industrial services, plant construction, installation, heavy logistics, or engineered project environments.
9. Strong technical understanding (engineering degree preferred or equivalent technical career background).
10. Proven success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions and building pipeline proactively.
11. Ability to translate industrial installation challenges into integrated scopes (engineering + installation + heavy lifting/transport).
12. Commercial strength: negotiation, contract awareness, and structured opportunity management.
13. Comfortable operating with engineering studies/concepts and coordinating multiple contributors to deliver a single client-facing solution.
14. Fluency in English; German strongly preferred.
15. Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to the Nordics.
