We are currently looking for an
HR Business Partner (f/m/d) at our headquarter in Monheim am Rhein
Your Responsibilities
1. Partner with leaders of dedicated business divisions to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
2. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
3. Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
4. Drive organizational development efforts, including change management.
5. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with Ecolab’s values.
Lead labour law & Labour relations:
7. Drives unified approach in implementing global, regional, local initiatives at more than one legal entity
8. Lobby & foster and push for a unified approach to consultation process with all workers councils involved
9. Harmonize regulations accross the legal entities where economically useful
10. Leads on complex codetermination initiatives & requests (. negotiating collective benefits, working time, social plan,
Your Profile
11. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year as HR BP.
12. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
15. Strong track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to prioritize effectively in a complex matrix organized environment.
17. Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
18. Solid knowledge of German employment law / works constitution.
19. Experience with negotiation with works council.
20. Fluency in German & Business English is a must.
